Error description

• Scheduling or running an IBM Spectrum Protect Plus report for
  VMs NOT IN COMPLIANCE (OBJECT STORAGE COPY) shows all
  offloaded VMs as OUT OF COMPLIANCE and
  as DEFINED RPO NOT SATISFIED.
  Despite of this, the backup and offload jobs are completing
  fine,
  copying successfully the data.

Problem conclusion

• This is caused by incorrect logic in the report specification,
  which is not intended to perform complex calculations. These
  complex calculations have now been moved to the backend service,
  exposed as a new REST API endpoint, and verified to ensure the
  proper results. The corresponding report has been updated to use
  this REST API endpoint and the report has been simplified to
  display the data calculated by the backend service.
