Error description
The fix addresses 2 behaviors of the Document Cache: 1 - the HTTP response was required to return a 'Date' header though this is not required by the RFC 2 - if the HTTP response had a Cache-Control header with a max-age parameter and that parameter was followed by other parameters then the age was not calculated correctly and the data would not be cached.
