APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • During restore operations for Microsoft 365, IBM Spectrum
    Protect Plus might fail
    with the below error messages
    
    CTGGR0009 Task ended with a failed status.
    CTGGR0026 An unexpected error occurred when processing the job.
    
    Additionally in the Microsoft 365 agent logs, the below entry
    can also be seen.
    
    Waiting before retry for 1000 on response with status code
    "TooManyRequests" before retry
    the request.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem has been fixed so that after encountering the M365
    tenant in the throttled state, the agent will reduce the number
    of requests.
