IT36035: MEMORY LEAK IN BIPBROKER PROCESS WHEN STATS ARE VIEWED IN THE WEB UI

Error description

• If statistics are viewed in the web UI then the bipbroker
  process will leak a variable amount of memory on every update
  that it sends to the webui.
  

Local fix

• Do not view stats in the web ui.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When statistics are viewed in the web UI memory is leaked in the
  bipbroker process each time an update is sent to the UI. The
  amount of memory leaked per update is variable and can grow
  steadily over time.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer leaks memory when looking at statistics in
  the web UI.
