When the apic-gw-service is disabled/enabled then certificates for analytics are erroneously removed from the directory.
Local fix
Problem summary
Analytics init cleanup may incorrectly remove some certificates.
Problem conclusion
Correct the removal list of certificates to not contain these certificates falsely slated for deletion. Fixed In: 2018.4.1.16 10.0.1.3
