Error description
Old client identifiers can linger in the APIC cache even after being updated in the subscription. This would allow old clients to access an API when they should return as unauthorized. The call would get a 200 instead of the correct 401 HTTP response code.
Local fix
Problem summary
Gateway Director doesn't always update the cache for deleted subscriber Client ID. This fix is to make sure the old and deleted data is cleaned actually.
