Error description

• In a Japanese language setting browser, the status of some
  backup jobs sometimes show non-displayable characters (i.e.
  symbol characters) under SLA Policy Status. The non-displayable
  characters are remained the same even refreshing the view,
  clearing cache or switching to another browser.

Problem conclusion

• Synchronization was added to the translation framework to ensure
  that race conditions could not occur when translating multiple
  strings (to be displayed in the job session list) at the same
