In a Japanese language setting browser, the status of some backup jobs sometimes show non-displayable characters (i.e. symbol characters) under SLA Policy Status. The non-displayable characters are remained the same even refreshing the view, clearing cache or switching to another browser. Versions affected: 10.1.*

Problem conclusion
Synchronization was added to the translation framework to ensure that race conditions could not occur when translating multiple strings (to be displayed in the job session list) at the same time.
