APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Looking across the storage devices, many of them have multiple
    PMRs listed in the Notifications tab, but only a few have PMRs
    listed in the Tickets tab to associate with those. Also, it has
    been more than 24 hours since PMR ppppp,bbb,ccc was opened for
    one of the storage devices and it is not listed in the tickets
    tab.
