Fix packs for DataPower Gateway version 2018.4.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the call to SetTarget when calling the
  var://service/routing-url on the XML Firewall.
  DataPower always
  sets the value of false here
   SetTarget (tmp->hostname,
  tmp->port, true , false,
  inExtensionSSLClientXorProxyProfileName);
  When it should be
  using mUseAsSSLClientProfile.
  

Local fix

• A workaround would be to use this set up on a Multi-Protocol
  Gateway.
  

Problem summary

• The fix will allow the XML Firewall service to use the new TLS
  configuration objects dynamicaly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 10.0.1.3 and 2018.4.1.16
