**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 on Windows who uses mqsirestorebroker command Platforms affected: Windows on x86-64 platform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When trying to restore back up of HA enabled integration node, the mqsirestorebroker command fails on Windows with BIP2113E: Failed to read ZIP file - Cursor is not valid" error.
Problem conclusion
