Error description

• Data collector agents do not sufficiently self-report health
  status to the Storage Insights service, which results in
  Storage Insights sending monitoring jobs (probes, performance
  monitors) to data collector agents that are installed on hosts
  which do not have sufficient disk space to receive/process the
  metadata that they receive during monitoring jobs.

  results in degraded monitoring status and failed monitoring
  tasks.
