IT35488: Partial repository queue manager does not report "update not received" error for queue manager

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a partial repository queue manager does not receive an
  update for a given cluster queue record from a full repository,
  error AMQ9456 is reported.
  Similarly AMQ9469 error is generated for queue manager records,
  which have not been received, however, it is only reported on
  full repositories.
  
  AMQ9469 should also be reported on partial repositories for
  queue manager records which have not received an update. This
  would enable users to identify potential problems and take
  action to resolves issues, before the ability to route messages
  to particular destinations is lost.
  

Local fix

• REFRESH CLUSTER(cluster-name) REPOS(YES) can help to refresh
  cluster repos cache and work around the problem.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An MQ partial repository queue manager did not generate an
  "update not received" error for a queue
  manager object that is out of sync with the cluster. This
  message would be helpful to alert the users
  in advance and to resolve any problem with the affected queue
  manager before the queue manager
  object removed from the partial repository.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ code has been modified to generate a AMQ9456 message on a
  partial repository queue manager for the queue manager object
  that is out of sync on the cluster.
