IT35477: IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT PLUS RESTORE OF A MICROSOFT 365 CALENDAR MAY CREATE DUPLICATE CALENDAR ENTRIES

Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus for Microsoft 365 may restore
  duplicate calendar entries when the calendar entry contains
  an attachment and the restore operation is performed on
  an account other than the original.
  
  When the condition occurs the agent diagnostic log
  will contain Microsoft Graph errors like below.
  "Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException:
  Code: ConcurrentItemSave"
  
  Affected versions: 10.1.5 10.1.6 10.1.7

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that after the agent will
  encounter Microsoft Graph errors while restoring an event with
  attachment, the partially restored event will be handled
  appropriately and the duplicate will be not created
