Error description

  • When APAR IT34506 is applied and a User Trace is taken the
    following error occurs;
     BIP3392I: File node
    ''Sub_CRS_Inbox_DIR.CRS_INBOX_DIR'' in message flow
    ''CRS_UpdateServiceOrder'' has disconnected from host
    ''pclcap98.xcelenergy.com'' using ''SFTP''.
    It is however, not
    actually disconnecting, as it is correctly caching the
    connection

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM Integration Bus version 10.1 or IBM App Connect
    Enterprise version 11 or 12 using the FileNodes to process
    remote files using the FTP, SFTP or FTPS protocols.

    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When APAR IT34506 is applied, and remote server connection
    caching is enabled a user trace will show the following entry
    for every FTP interaction:

    BIP3392I: File node ''Sub_CRS_Inbox_DIR.CRS_INBOX_DIR'' in
    message flow ''myFlow'' has disconnected from host 'myHost''
    using ''SFTP''.

    It is however, not actually disconnecting, as it is correctly
    caching the connection.

Problem conclusion

  • The FileNodes have been modified so that the trace message
    described above is only output when a disconnect occurs, not
    when a connection is returned to the cache for re-use.
