Error description

• When the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus agent running on Linux (like
  agents for Oracle Server, Mongo DB, etc.) encounter issues
  during log backup, an alert would normally be sent to IBM
  Spectrum Protect Plus Server.
  
  The common code for sending these alerts was broken, preventing
  the alerts from being sent.
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Versions Affected: IBM Spectrum
  Protect Plus 10.1.4 and later.
  
  Initial Impact: Medium
