Error description

• Memory related to message flow statistics and accounting data
  will be leaked per message flow thread when the message flow
  stops when any of the following conditions is true:
  
  * Message
  flow statistics (either snapshot or archival) is enabled.
  * A
  notification theshold workload management setting is set.
  * A
  maximum rate workload management setting is set.
  * A processing
  timeout workload management setting is set.
  
  The workload
  management settings can either be configured directly on the
  deployed message flow or via an attached workload management
  policy.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Memory related to message flow statistics and accounting data
  will be leaked per message flow thread when the message flow

  * A maximum rate workload management setting is set.
  * A processing timeout workload management setting is set.
  
  The workload management settings can either be configured

Problem conclusion

• This memory is no longer leaked when a message flow stops.
