IT35073: ESCAPED DELIMITER AT THE VERY END OF A MESSAGE DOES NOT PARSE

Error description

• When the last character of a message is an escaped delimiter
  
  character then the message will not parse and a CTDP3002E:
  
  exception will be seen.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">CTDP3002E
  message will be seen if the last character of a message is an
  escaped delimiter. Escaped delimiters earlier in the message are
  handled correctly, it is only when they are the last character
  in the message that this issue occurs.</span>
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to handle an escaped delimiter at the end
  of a message correctly,
