Error description

• When running inventory for an Oracle database located on NFS
  storage, the inventory job log shows the following
  error:
  
  CTGGF0082, The storage layout of datafiles for database
  <db name> cannot be determined
  
  The database is displayed in
  the Spectrum Protect Plus UI, but it cannot be selected for
  backup. The selection box is greyed out. Hovering over the
  selection box shows the message "Cannot determine datafile
  storage layout".
  
  The problem occurs because the inventory
  process encounters internal errors while discovering details
  about the NFS storage on which the DB resides, and as a result,
  the inventory marks the DB as being ineligible for backup.
