Error description
If the API Connect Gateway Service is processing a high volume of configuration updates from API Manager, it might intermittently fail to access the gateway peering database that it uses to store the gateway configuration. When this occurs, a message similar to the following is logged: 20200909T041609.345Z [apiconnect][0x88e000c6][apic-gw-service][error] apic-gw-service(default): tid(273): Gateway Peering encountered error: Error
