  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • From the gateway WebGUI, if are manually trying to update a
    subscription (following the documentation:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS9H2Y_7.7.0/com.ib
    m.dp.doc/apisubscriber_updatingsubscription.html), the
application id is not being recognized.
Instead you get a message saying:
App Id <id-of-app> is invalid or not well formed
Even if you take the application id table from from an existing
subscriber, it is not being recofgnized as the regex used to
validate the id is not correct.

Local fix

  • Using the CLI instead following the documentation
    (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS9H2Y_7.7.0/com.ib
    m.dp.doc/api-subscription-update_global.html) instead works.

Problem summary

  • Support same regex as CLI for webGUI for app-id input fields

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
