Error description
Given an invoke policy which uses HEAD verb, if a message body is provided, the verb will be changed to POST.
Local fix
If message body is set before the HEAD call unset it.
Problem summary
When an invoke is set to perform HEAD and the message.body context exists (even if it's an empty string), it performed a POST instead of. The fix will perform correct HEAD.

Temporary fix
To do a context.clear("message.body") in the case of a HEAD.
