Local fix

Problem summary

  • The DataPower APIC Gateway Catalog may hang the applicance long
    enough to cause an unexpected reload when updating a large
    number of products.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Protect the update process to not lock DataPower past watchdog
    timings preventing an unexpected reload.
