IT34169: OFFLOAD BACKUP TO ICOS WORM-ENABLED BUCKET FAILS WITH CLOUDPROVIDEREXISTSEXCEPTION

Error description

• IBM Cloud Object Storage (ICOS) is configured with ICOS as
  provider and a bucket which has WORM policy is selected.
  Offload backup to ICOS WORM-enabled bucket fails with
  "CloudProviderExistsException: Cloud provider with the name
  <cos-worm-bucket> already exists!" in virgo log.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus performs checks to prevent the same
  cloud endpoint from being registered multiple times. In case of
  an ICOS endpoint that has WORM enabled, the endpoint
  registration info contains a flag to indicate that the bucket
  has WORM enabled. A faulty check for duplicate registration
  triggered an error while the existing registration was being
  updated to set this flag. The problem has been resolved by
  fixing the code that performs the duplicate registration check.
