Error description
In Integration Bus version 10 calling IntegrationServerProxy.getApplicationByName() or ExecutionGroupProxy.getApplicationByName() would return Applications, Services and RestApis. At App Connect Enterprise version 11 only Applications are returned.

Problem conclusion
