Error description

• Calling the stop() method of an ApplicationProxy, ServiceProxy
  or RestApiProxy from with a Java Compute Node or static Java
  called from ESQL results in a deadlock.

  All users or IBM App Connect Enterprise version 11 using the
  Integration API (IAPI) from within a Java Compute Node (JCN).
