Error description

  • Customers with Data Collectors on Windows could experience
    problems adding storage devices if the resulting path name
    starts with a Windows reserved words.
    
    If the path name (derived from the user adding the device and
    the device name) starts with any of the Windows reserved words,
    the Add device operation will fail, and the device cannot be
    monitored.
    
    Windows folders cannot have their name start with any of these
    reserved words:
    
    CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7,
    COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9
