Error description
At the Spectrum Protect Plus Web GUI, open 'Alerts' -> select specific alert by pushing -> 'View log' button - a different log will open. Please note - the problem can be recreated only if the alert is selected from the Dashboard and if Job history is set to '30 days' or 'Last 6 month'. 1- Open Spectrum Protect Plus GUI in browser window. 2- Go to 'Jobs and Operations' -> 'Job History' -> select 'Job history period': Last 30 days'. 3- Go to Dashboard -> open 'Alerts' at the top right corner (bell) -> select 'old' alert -> push 'View log''. 4- Screen changes back to 'Jobs and Operations' page and a different log will be opened. The log can be seen by going through the menu "Jobs and Operations" => tab "Job History" => "Search by name" or scroll to find it.
