Error description
Using V10 firmware to reinitilize a device all the licences will be removed including the base IBM MQ license. To enable the IBM MQ licences requires a special build from IBM support. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IT33747

A special build from IBM support to enable MQ license.
Problem summary
After the upgrade to 10.0.0.1 a reinitialize will no longer lose the MQ license.
