APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When the client CCSID is set to 37 the WebFacing application
runs as expected. If the clients CCSID is set to 420 the
WebFacing application hangs.

User was not able to proceed to next screen on pressing any of
the keys. It was stuck in same screen.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Modified the code to get the complete form elements first and
get one specific element in that. With this user was able to
proceed further to next screen.
