APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A message flow running on Windows with a SAPInput node and
using ODBC connectivity to a database fails to stop when
requested by the user. It is also not possible to remove the
message flow from the integration server.

USERS AFFECTED:
All Users of App Connect Enterprise v11 and v12 using SAP Nodes
along with Compute Node that uses ODBC data source.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Integration Node/Server does not stop successfully if a message
flow containing SAP Node along with Compute Node that uses ODBC
Data Source is deployed.
This happens because of locking condition occurring during the
unloading of ODBC DLL.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Integration Node/server now stops successfully if a message flow
containing SAP Node along with Compute Node using ODBC Data
Source is deployed.
