Error description

  • If authentication fails on an attempt to access the WebGUI and
    an invalid domain name is used, DataPower generates a RBM log
    record which includes the invalid domain value.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Under certain circumstances invalid authentication requests
    from management interfaces might result in logs reflecting
    those  invalid values.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Invalid request such as nonexistent domains no longer log
    to the system as all failures of this type log generic
    no domain messages.
    
    Fix is available in 2018.4.1.3 and 10.0.0.1
