APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If RBM password aging is on, a config-sequence that has an
  access-profile might get a message "Access Denied - use 'cancel'
  to exit any submode." in the log file that is created from
  files run by the config-sequence.  This indicates that the file
  run by the config-sequence was not able to execute the command
  that got the error message.
  

Local fix

• Consider tuning RBM settings or contact IBM support
  

Problem summary

• APIC user might see the error message "Access Denied - use
  'cancel' to exit any submode." when using config-sequence that
  has an access-profile and pwd-aging in RBM is set to on. This is
   due to that a log file run by the config-sequence was not able
  to execute the command that got the error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 2018.4.1.13 and 10.0.0.1
