Error description

• Running ./baas_install.sh -u results in the following error
  
  ERROR: Product upgrade of release baas to version 10.1.6 in
  namespace >>baas<< failed
  

Local fix

• Uninstall the previous version and install version 10.1.6

Problem conclusion

• The install script in  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Kubernetes
  Backup Support 10.1.6 now checks what the current version is
  before trying to upgrade. If the version found is 10.1.5,
  upgrade will not occur and an error message will be shown to
  indicate that upgrades from 10.1.5 to 10.1.6 are not supported.
