Error description

• Doing multiple secure backups, without letting the previous one
  complete, might cause a restart.
  

Local fix

• Let each secure backup complete, before starting another one.
  

Problem summary

• Concurrent executions of some Management actions such as
  Secure Backup or Write Memory might cause an unexpected restart
  of the device.
  

Problem conclusion

• Protect multiple executions from cleaning the runtime objects
  of the management process.
  Fix is available in 2018.4.1.13 and 10.0.0.1
