APAR status

Error description

  • Email alerts that are sent by Storage Insights to customers in
    response to failed performance monitor tasks do not include
    which device is associated with the alert. The result is emails
    that are not informative to the customer until they open their
    Storage Insights instance GUI and review the monitoring status
    for their devices. The wording which states that the operations
    team is reviewing the failure gives the customer nothing to
    refer to with respect to checking status of that investigation.
