Error description

• When a user clicks Modify Settings at the Name in Account -> Use
  r menu, the menu "Change Password" should be shown in the dropdo
  wn rather than option "Modify Setting". Since the "Change Passwo
  rd" option is not being presented, the button "Modify Resources"
   is inactive.
