IT32806: COPY TO SPECTRUM PROTECT OR OBJECT STORAGE FAILS WITH "CONNECTION REFUSED" ERROR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB.

Error description

• When running a copy job to Spectrum Protect or Cloud Object
  Storage, the job initially starts transferring data but after
  some time it fails with a "Connection Refused" error while
  attempting to query session information on the vSnap server. The
  Connection Refused error can occur on the vSnap server when the
  vSnap server abruptly crashes and reboots in the middle of the
  job.
  
  The job log shows:
  I/O error on GET request for "https://<vsnap>:8900/api/session<s
  
  Additionally, after an Offload Operation, Test Mode Restore does
  not clean up the mount point after canceling.

Problem conclusion

• Implemented code fixes to correctly discard in-flight I/O
  operations when forcibly exporting a cloud pool. This allows the
  cloud copy operation to gracefully abort without causing the
  vSnap server to hang or crash and without leaving behind a stuck
  cloud pool.
