Error description

• SQL database overwrite option was not honored at file level.
  When the original database is detached or the file resides on
  the original location,
  restore with overwrite option fails with the following messages
  seen at the job log of onDemandRestore operation:
    DETAIL,CTGGA3031,[<Server-IP>] Set the restore locations and
          database name for database [TestBackup_DB] instance
          [VI23425678-xx\SQL_XXX].
    DETAIL,CTGGA3089,[<Server-IP>] Transfer file group
          VI23425678-XX\SQL_XXX\TestBackup_DB one at a time with
          [1] streams.
    ERROR,CTGGA3090,[Server-IP] Group
          VI23425678-XX\SQL_XXX\TestBackup_DB copy failed. Error:
          [The destination [O:\MSSQLxx.SQL_XXX\MSSQ\DATA
