Error description
After IBM Spectrum Protect Plus upgrade, creating or editing an SLA policy will now require the user to specify a time zone. Save button will be grayed out until a time zone is specified.
Local fix
Select a time zone and click save.

Problem conclusion
IBM Spectrum Protect Plus edit/create screen has been updated to highlight and show a tooltip prompting to set the now required time zone. Once the appropriate time zone has been selected, the save button will be enabled.
