IT32176: FILE RESTORE OF A ROOT DIRECTORY DOES NOT HAVE FILES RESTORED EVEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE

Error description

• Hypervisor file restore of a root directory is completed,
  however, no files or sub-directories are restored although
  the agent user has enough permission to write to the target
  directory. The application log shows following error:

  to  set file [\\?\C:\restore\test] attributes, err [2]

• Use the test mode VM restore and copy out the needed files
