IT32101: ANS1217E WHEN DSMRECONCILE AND DSMMIGUNDELETE USE "-SERVERNAME=" WITH LOWER CASE SERVER NAME

Error description

• ANS1217E when dsmreconcile and dsmmigundelete use "-servername="
  with lower case server name
  
  Problem Description:
  dsmreconcile and dsmmigundelete using "-servername=" to use a
  specific servername and it's options in dsm.sys, fail if the
  servername used is in lower case.
  This is regardless of whether "servername serverA" in dsm.sys
  has the server name in upper or lower case
  
  For example
  dsmreconcile -servername=serverA
  
  The following error is seen
  ANS1217E Server name not found in System Options File

• Use upper case
  ie.
  dsmreconcile -servername=SERVERA

Problem conclusion

• dsmreconcile and dsmmigundelete will work as expected and
  ANS1217E will not appear in case of using lower case symbols in
  the option "server"
