Error description
An invalid target-url in the API yaml file might result in a reload of the DataPower device. It was identified that braces {} in the target-url (eg.: target-url: '$(target-url)/${api.operation.path}') caused a reload.
Local fix
Fix the target-url (eg. do not use braces)
Problem summary
The fix prevents a reload if the target URL is not well-formed. The URL will be ignored.
