  • IWith IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Office 365 agent run a restore
    for 1000 users' OneDrive in one restore job. The restore does
    not restore all users.

Problem conclusion

  • During the restore process, it may happen that Microsoft
    Office365 services will be unable to handle the request due to a
    temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. Additional
    wait time between request, and additional request retries has
    been added.
