Error description
When protecting a high amont of data from a OneDirve, the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Office 365 agent can be throttled by Microsoft API to help maintain optimal performance and reliability of the service. Throttling can significantly increase the waiting time between sent requests and significantly increase time for backup operation. Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Office 365 agent V10.1.5

Problem conclusion
Throttling handling has been corrected. The agent still can be throttled by Microsoft Office365 but it should happen less frequent.
