• A VMware ESX host cannot be selected for restore when
  attempting to restore a vitual VMware vCenter using
  the option "ESX host if vCenter is down".
  The ESX hosts do not show as selectable.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus has fixed a behavior where the user
  was unable to choose to restore to an ESX host when their
  vCenter was inaccessible.  The streaming restore option has also
  been disallowed from being set in this restore case.
