IT31338: VM BACKUP PARALLELISM LESS THAN EXPECTED AFTER UPGRADE TO 10.1.5

Error description

• After upgrading IBM Spectrum Protect Plus to 10.1.5, the number
  of VM backups running in parallel is less than expected.
  This can lead to longer backup times, overrunning the backup
  window.
  
  When this issue is encountered, all VMs on first ESX host will
  be scheduled to go. After these VMs are done with the backup,
  then the VMs on the next host will be scheduled, and so on so
  forth.
