An IBM Spectrum Protect Plus appliance upgrade can fail with the following different errors: "No packages in ...." or "No update is available..." when the Yum cache has not been cleared. The install should automate the clearing of the yum cache. Versions affected: 10.1.X Keywords: TS002522652 install upgrade

1 - Run "sudo yum clean all" 2 - Run "sudo rm -rf /var/cache/yum/x86_64/7/*"
