Error description

• If you use HTTP DELETE method to invoke a REST API deployed in
  IIB V10, its seen that the associated message flow always
  propagates an empty message body. A user might want the request
  message body to be propagated out instead.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using HTTP DELETE method to invoke REST API deployed in IBM
  Integration Bus, the associated message flow always propagates
  an empty message body. A user might want the request message
  body to be propagated out instead.
  

Problem conclusion

• REST API allows the request body to be propagated when using
  http DELETE method.
