Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
MQ Appliance users who use the HA feature.

    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The HA configuration fails on the MQ appliance which was
previously part of another HA group. The failure is seen even
after the MQ Appliance is reinitialized.

The SSH host keys from the previous configuration are still
remembered and as a result the new HA configuration fails.

Problem conclusion

  • The code has been modified to remove any old SSH host keys
    before configuring HA.
