IT29591: BIP4715 MSG DURING COLLECTOR NODE DEPLOYMENT SHOULD BE REPORTED AS A WARNING AND NOT AN ERROR MESSAGE

Error description

• When a flow with collector node where Collection Expiry is not
  set, or set to less than an input terminal timeout is deployed,
  BIP4715E error message will be reported in syslog. This should
  be reported as a warning and not an error message.
  
  Here is the description of BIP4715 message

  The timeout value for terminal ''DataIn'' is greater than or
  equal to the collection expiry value.
  
  The timeout property for terminal ''DataIn'' has a value of
  ''60'', which is greater than or equal to the value of the
  collection expiry property (''0''). This means that collection
  expiry will always occur before the terminal has timed out.
  
  Reduce or remove the terminal timeout or extend the collection
  expiry.

Problem conclusion
